Subscriptions

When you purchase supplements through a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely, and your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

Certain subscriptions may automatically renew. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may be subject to our standard return and refund policies.

You can manage your subscription using the link provided in your order confirmation and subscription-related emails. From your subscription account, you may be able to update your subscription, change your delivery schedule, update payment information, or cancel future deliveries.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a supplement through a pre-order, you are reserving a supplement that is temporarily out of stock or not yet available for immediate fulfillment. Depending on the pre-order, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method and collect the remaining balance when the supplement becomes available.

A partially paid pre-order may be canceled before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our standard return and refund policies.
