At Olsen MD, we work to ensure your supplements are processed and shipped promptly and securely.

Shipping Rates

A flat-rate shipping fee of $12 applies to orders under $300.

Orders of $300 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. The $300 minimum is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Olsen MD as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact Olsen MD promptly so our team can assist you.

Subscription Orders

Recurring supplement orders are subject to the same shipping rates unless otherwise specified. Orders under $300 are charged the $12 flat shipping rate, while orders of $300 or more receive free standard shipping.
